situation analysis A major renovation of the Museum would include a new mission for the dining service program. MoMA would create a new standard for museum dining services by providing unique retail experiences in an environment carefully designed into the context of the larger museum. The Museum sought to engage an Operator that could support multiple dining venues including a Visitor’s Café and a fine dining restaurant with bar that would not only attract museum visitors but also serve as a destination restaurant.
