Blain Webster is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, earning a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree. He holds certifications from The Court of Master Sommeliers and NRA ServSafe. A recipient of the Young Professional’s Award from L’Académie de Gastronomie Brillat-Savarin, Blain joined CFL in 2014. His diverse background includes five years in the construction trades and a decade in foodservice operations. In recognition of his contributions to the development of CFL’s international resort hotel practice, he was promoted to Vice President in February 2025.
