Our newest team member, Blain, is a B.P.S. graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park. He holds certificates from The Court of Master Sommeliers and NRA ServSafe. He is a recipient of the Young Professional’s Award from L’Academie de Gastronomie Brillat-Savarin. He joined CFL in 2014. His prior work experience includes five years in the construction trades and 10 years in foodservice operations.
